RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Managing internal recruiting processes
  • Collecting job requirements, writing job descriptions, and posting vacancies
  • Maintaining our candidate database
  • Active candidate sourcing
  • Pre-screening applicants, coordinating technical interviews, and conducting HR interviews
  • Gathering statistics, doing market research and analysis, preparing reports
  • Assistance with arranging corporate events
